A supplier that reads the specification before quoting
Most of our accounts arrived after a substitution went wrong somewhere else. We quote against the exact catalog number, tolerance class and sterility requirement you send us, and we tell you plainly when a requested item is on allocation instead of shipping an unapproved equivalent.
- Named specialist. One person owns your account, your standing order and your backorder list.
- Documentation first. Certificates of analysis, conformance statements and SDS sheets travel with the shipment.
- Lot traceability. Every outbound line is recorded against a receiving lot for a minimum of five years.
- Honest lead times. If a manufacturer quotes twelve weeks, so do we.
How ordering works
From inquiry to receiving dock in four steps
1. Send your list
Email a requisition, a spreadsheet or a photo of the shelf label. We accept manufacturer part numbers or plain descriptions.
2. Receive a firm quote
Within one business day you get pricing, stock position, lead time and freight — valid for 30 days.
3. Approve and order
Purchase order, card or Net 30 terms for approved institutions. Standing orders can be scheduled monthly or quarterly.
4. Track and receive
Tracking is emailed at pickup, documentation is attached to the packing list, and discrepancies are resolved within 48 hours.

Common questions
Before you send the first order
Do you require a minimum order?
No. We ship single-case orders and full pallet replenishments with the same documentation. Orders under $75 carry a $9.50 handling charge; anything above ships at published freight.
Can you match a competitor's catalog number?
Yes. Send the manufacturer part number and we will quote the identical item where it is available to us, or supply the manufacturer's own published cross-reference. We never substitute silently.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Net 30 is available to universities, hospitals, government laboratories and established companies after a short credit review. First orders from new commercial accounts are typically prepaid.
Which documents ship with an order?
A packing list with lot numbers, plus certificates of analysis, conformance statements or safety data sheets whenever the manufacturer issues them for that lot.
