1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences between pages and visits. Similar technologies such as local storage work in the same way; where this policy says “cookies”, it covers those too.
2. Our approach
VP Scientific runs a deliberately light website. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social-media trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are set when you arrive; anything optional waits for your consent through the banner shown on your first visit.

Analytics cookies are set only if you select “Accept all”. If you select “Essential only”, no analytics cookie is written.
4. Third-party content
Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps so visitors can find our Dover office. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own policy. Font files are served from Google Fonts. We do not control these third-party cookies; you can block them at browser level if you prefer.
5. Changing your choice
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your preference. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site to behave unexpectedly.
6. Browser controls
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies: Chrome (Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies), Edge (Settings › Cookies and site permissions), Firefox (Settings › Privacy & Security), Safari (Preferences › Privacy). Our site also respects Global Privacy Control signals.
7. Updates
