Standing orders
Scheduled replenishment that matches your burn rate
Tell us what you consume in a month and we will build a release schedule around it. Standing orders lock pricing for the term, reserve stock against your account and ship on a fixed calendar date so receiving knows what to expect.

We arrange the service, track the turnaround and confirm the certificate reached you. If a loaner is available while your instrument is out, we arrange that too.

Calibration is performed by independent accredited service providers. VP Scientific coordinates scheduling and documentation; certificates are issued by the performing laboratory in its own name.
Getting started
Opening an account takes about ten minutes
Email your first requisition with the shipping address, billing contact and a tax-exemption certificate if applicable. We create the account while quoting, so there is no separate onboarding step.
